What happens
You sit down to a set table and work through it together: how to sit and where your hands go, the napkin, the cutlery from the outside in, the glassware, conversation, and the graceful exit. Everything is practised, not just described, with correction that is kind and specific. The afternoon is meant to be enjoyable; the table is a real one and so is the tea.
